Fast growing coupon code site

RetailMeNot is another coupon code site but as compared to other sites I had blogged about in the past, it has got to be one of the fastest growing. In just 6 months, it has become one of the most most popular coupon codes sites on the net. I was amazed to learn that they get about 1 million visitors a month.

The first thing you notice about their site is it's attractive design - with the web 2.0 look. I only found out later, it is indeed a Web 2.0 or social networking site, with a community of users rating the effectiveness of each discount. You can also read and leave comments too.

Searching for a coupon code for a discount with your favorite online merchant is really easy. Just enter the web address of an online merchant or a keyword in their search option. Or you can click the tags on the left side bar.

If you are a Firefox user, you can download their Firefox extension to alert you to discounts as you are about to buy a product online.

You can also sign up with them to receive the latest and highest rated coupons direct in your e-mail every week. You can sign up for all stores or even just get coupon alerts for single shops.

Just take a look at the coupons available for Amazon UK, one of my favourite stores. I am sure you will find a coupon code for your favourite store too.

Translate your site

Some of the more regular and observant visitors to my blog might have realised that it is now possible to translate my blog into 10 different languages, namely, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, Japanese, Korean, Simplified Chinese and Arabic. Just check out the links on the top of my right hand side bar.

How did I do it?

Very simple. I am using Google's translation tool.

I prefer to use text instead of flags, which may be controversial. For example, Spanish is spoken through out Latin America (not Latin mind you), French is spoken in France as well as in Canada and several other countries.

Here is the code:

Just change the url of my blog (freebies.mutum.org) in the code above to yours and you are done.
