Voice out your dissatisfaction

"Our customer is king". We have often heard this phrase being used by various companies but often found out that it is only talk - a bit of hot air, most of the time. We sometimes wonder what happed to "customer satisfaction". However, it might surprise you to find out that business owners sometimes feel that they have been taken advantage of by a customer or an employee.

I am sure all of us at one time of the other have felt that someone has taken advantage of you. Most of the time we don't know what to do.

You can voice out on your blog but that won't probably solve your problem. For example, I have heard and read several complaints of people not satisfied with the product or service provided by a company. The will often try to use some loop hole or the other to slip away without compensating you. Some ignore you completely.

Now there is a relatively easily and inexpensively way to voice out your side of the story publicly through

It's quit simple. You record your complaint, which will then be displayed publicly. A copy of your complaint will also be sent directly to the individual/business you have written about, informing them of your allegations. They will be allowed to respond with their own version of the story. This has obviously produced some positive results as the success stories on the site indicate.

Everyone who resisters with the site receives 1 day to try this service for free.
